Bay State Vending, Inc. is pleased to offer a variety of different coffees, teas, cocoas, brewing systems, supplies, and water filtration systems. We will work with you to design a program that satisfies your needs and your budget. Regularly scheduled deliveries assure that you have enough of the right products on hand.

Traditional Brewed
We use commercial brewing equipment from NEWCO and BUNN that can either be plumbed into a water line or used free standing as a pour over.

Single Cup
Both of our single cup systems come with a variety of options, sure to please both your employees and customers. If you currently use a Keurig, you need to see these systems work. A few of the benefits over Keurig are: they cost less, are ecofriendly, and coffee cannot “walk” out of the office because they do not fit home coffee systems.

The Flavia System
This system offers a large variety of regular and flavored coffees teas, and cocoas in a biodegradable “pod” brewed through a French press process.

The OC System
This system offers premium coffee and tea brands. This system utilizes pre-infusion technology and pulse brewing to make the perfect cup of coffee or tea. These pods are also biodegradable.

Coffee Condiments
We also provide options for creamers and sugars to ensure each individual can tailor their coffees to their specific tastes.

First, when you purchase coffee and related supplies through wholesalers there are numerous costs you might not consider. These costs are:

Man Hours: Whether it's during normal working hours or on your own time, TIME equals $$. The time you spend shopping is often not factored into the total cost of buying your supplies. For example, a GS-10 step 5 with a salary of $68,343, costs $35.59 for every hour they are "shopping."

Fuel: It's your gas. The further the store, the more gas. BJ's is 4.2 miles one way from NAS Pax River. Roundtrip, you will use approximately 0.42 gallons of gas each trip if you get 20mpg. Depending on how often you purchase coffee supplies, this small amount can add up throughout the year.

Vehicle: It's your car. The additional trips to the store will put wear and tear on your vehicle. This may not be a significant factor, but it should be considered. The more trips to the store the greater the wear and tear.

Secondly, there are other factors associated with offering coffee to your employees and/or customers. These factors can cost you time and money if you are purchasing coffee yourselves. When you utilize our services, you save all that time. The small service charge we incorporate into our prices are to cover the costs that you no longer need to account for:

Cost of Equipment: For traditional coffee brewing, the brewers we use most often are Newco or Bunn commercial brewers. For single cup coffee, we offer the Massimo OC System and the Flavia system. This average $600 equipment cost is borne 100% by Bay State because we provide our EQUIPMENT FREE OF CHARGE.

Cost of Installation: You no longer need to worry about the hassle of installing your own equipment. The parts and labor associated with this setup averages $200, which is borne 100% by Bay State. After determining your individual needs, we will set up your coffee system with NO INSTALLATION COSTS.

Filter Replacement: Filter replacement is something you don’t typically think about until it is “that time again.” We perform water filter replacement at all required intervals, and we always provide FREE COFFEE FILTERS.

Maintenance: If you have any issues with your system, don’t worry about the stress of trying to find the root problem. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we will send a repair technician to service the equipment and perform FREE MAINTENANCE.

When you purchase your coffee and supplies from a retailer, you may save a few dollars on the cost of the product, but you are not receiving installation or maintenance service.
